May TBR!

Welcome book lovers!
Time for my May TBR, last month I did quite well reading the books on my TBR, so hopefully I will (mostly) stick to it this month!
I Heart Paris by Lindsey Kelk
Synopsis - Angela is in the city of love – but romance is taking a nose-dive…
When Angela Clark’s boyfriend Alex suggests a trip to Paris at the same time as hip fashion mag Belle asks her to write a piece, she jumps at the chance.
But even as she’s falling for the joie de vivre of Paris, someone’s conspiring to sabotage her big break. And when she spots Alex having a tête-à-tête with his ex in a local bar, Angela’s dreams of Parisian passion all start crashing down around her.
With London and her old life only a train journey away, Angela can’t decide if should stay and face the music or run away home…
I love this I Heart New York series and think Angela is such a personable heroine! I'm looking forward to seeing how her journey with her boyfriend and her job develops so I'll probably read this next after I finish the book I'm currently reading.

Through The Ever Night by Veronica Rossi
Synopsis - Aria has struggled to build a life for herself outside Reverie. It hasn't be easy adjusting to life in the wilderness but the struggle has been worth it with Perry by her side.
But Perry has other challenges. His people are looking to him for answers. Answers about what happened to his nephew and what's happening to their world. And they don't trust the privileged Aria, one of the enemy, in their midst.
Soon Perry'll be forced to chose between the tribe that looks to him for leadership and the girl that looks to him for love.
I'm currently reading this book, I go a bit more into it in my Friday Reads post this week but I'm really enjoying it! I loved Under The Never Sky, the first book in this series, so I'm glad this book is living upto it!

The Death Cure by James Dashner
Synopsis - The Trials are over. WICKED have collected all the information they can. Now it's up to the Gladers to complete the blueprint for the cure to the Flare with a final voluntary test. But something has happened that no-one at WICKED has foreseen: Thomas has remembered more than they think. And he knows WICKED can't be trusted ... The time for lies is over. But the truth is more dangerous than anyone could have imagined. With the Gladers divided, can they all make it?
This is the third and final book in the Maze Runner series, I've really enjoyed this series even though it's had some bad reviews from some booktubers and book bloggers, I particularly enjoyed the second book The Scorch Trials so I'm hoping this final book is as action packed as that! Although I've heard a lot of people were disappointed with the ending but I'm going into it with a open mind!

Angelfall by Susan Ee
Synopsis - It's been six weeks since the angels of the apocalypse destroyed the world as we know it. Only pockets of humanity remain.
Savage street gangs rule the day while fear and superstition rule the night.
When angels fly away with a helpless girl, her seventeen-year-old sister Penryn will do anything to get her back..
I'm a big fan of the TV series Supernatural, which has a very famous angel Castiel in it (played by the dishy Misha Collins) so when I read the synopsis of this book I just had to get it! I'm really excited to read it because I've heard so many booktubers rave about it.

Toodlepip! x
